The controller of the personal data of participants and guardians is the club.

Scope of processing

We process data necessary to perform the service agreement, including: name, date of birth, guardian contact details, and enrollment and payment information.

Legal basis

We process data under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and, to the required extent, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations).

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
